Group Architect approached GSD looking for a partner to create multiple 3d renderings for projects in multiple stages of development.
Some projects were fully designed and needed high quality renderings to be completed for sales purposes. Other projects were in varying stages of development and images were needed to help communicate the designs to government review boards and community groups.
GSD was able to deliver the right style of drawing for each particular situation. Also, by using the flexibility of Softimage|XSI, ongoing design changes were easily integrated allowing new images to be developed as Group Arch refined their work during the design process.
